Mac Mini Opened
So I managed to open up my Mini and upgrade the RAM. The specs on Apple's website claimed the memory was pc2700 (ddr333). But both system profiler and the label on the memory itself say pc3200 (ddr400). Luckily, that's what I've been using in my PC.
Originally I had 1gb (2 x 512) in my PC desktop, and the stock 256mb in the Mac. I took 1 of the 512's from my PC, and put that in the mac. Then used the mac memory in my PC. Whilst the PC still performs at about the same level, the Mac has become about 1000 times more usable.
